    Thematic: 1 – activities of valorization  

    Main aim: be able to use its vocabulary and new knowledge to write a culinary receipt integrating the new things they learned abroad. This will give  a motivating image of what they discovered during their exchange. They will use ITC in order to create an eBook.             

    Language: language of the hosting country
     - Synchronous sessions: in English
    - Other sessions: in hosting country language and native language

    Target audience’s level:  last year of apprenticeship training - catering

    Number of class(es) involved : 1, 2 or more

    English level: B1             

    Professional sector: cross-cutting          

    Prerequisite: linked to their training framework + English language basis            

    Tools needed: Internet connection, smartphone, computer, blackboard, ebook software (ex: Calibre)     

    Characteristic of the sequence: The sequence can be adapted according to the skills of the apprentices, English level, the availabilities of the apprentices and the teacher, the topic.

    Function: show others (ig trainer, trainees, employers,) what they learned aboard and be able to use the new knowledge in their own environment.
