Main aim: be able to use its vocabulary and new knowledge to write a culinary receipt integrating the new things they learned abroad. This will give a motivating image of what they discovered during their exchange. They will use ITC in order to create an eBook.

Characteristic of the sequence: The sequence can be adapted according to the skills of the apprentices, English level, the availabilities of the apprentices and the teacher, the topic.
Function: show others (ig trainer, trainees, employers,) what they learned aboard and be able to use the new knowledge in their own environment.
